Internal use

Bioaroma Backups is an internal operational utility. It is not offered as a public service and may be used only by an operator authorised to manage Bioaroma Operations backups and the connected Google Drive account.

Authorisation

By authorising the utility, the operator permits it to use the limited Google Drive permissions described in the privacy policy. The operator may revoke that authorisation through the Google Account connections settings.

Operational responsibility

The authorised operator is responsible for access control, retention decisions, restoration testing, and protecting the private decryption key. The utility is one part of the backup process and does not replace independent restoration checks.

Availability

The utility may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance or security reasons. No public service-level commitment is offered.

Third-party services

Google Drive is provided by Google and is subject to Google's applicable terms. Bioaroma Backups is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the utility or its data handling changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
